New Assassin’s Creed game has been announced.

The story of the new game is set in a dark age of history, an age of mystery and Vikings. It's the ninth century, and you're in the role of Eivor, a Viking who leads his people in times of great migration and the search for a new resource-rich country. A new country, Anglo-Saxon England, faces a major challenge for Evior and his people, where they meet with king Alfred, and it is up to you to deal with them. This includes looting, fighting, tactics and political negotiation, so it is up to you how you will manage to adapt in the new world. Also, you will build your own settlement with available resources. The RPG genre is still active, which has been very well demonstrated in previous games in the series, so as before you will be able to choose whether Eivor will be a male or female and character customization will be possible.

As far as combat is concerned, you will choose the tactics yourself, whether you will attack the enemies aggressively with swords, axes and hammers, or you will do it from a distance with strong bows and precision arrows, and you may want to stick with the assasins codes and do it with your hidden daggers . Of course there is an assistant who follows you, so far it has been an eagle, but in Valhalla it is a raven named Drakkar.
An interesting addition is that you will be able to hire a mercenary from other players to fight alongside you, but also your online friends will be able to hire you to assist them in looting and war campaigns.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla arrives this summer, the exact date is still unknown, but it is certain that it will be available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox ONE, Xbox Series X, PC and Google Stadia consoles.
