SpaceNET Gameshop is an e-commerce platform for the sale of digital products, and not exclusively a retail store operated by a single legal entity. Products available on the website may be offered, charged or invoiced by different legal entities that use the SpaceNET Gameshop platform for the sale of digital content.

Accordingly, the invoice issuer depends on the selected payment method, payment processor, billing country and type of product. By making a purchase on the website, the customer accepts that, depending on the payment method, the invoice for the completed transaction may be issued by one of the legal entities listed below.

Delivery method and delivery time

After payment has been recorded through one of the available payment methods, the purchased product will be delivered to the customer by e-mail or inside the user account, in the “Serial Keys” section, no later than 24 hours from the moment the purchase is successfully recorded.

Most PlayStation products are delivered automatically, within a few seconds, directly to the user account, for payments made using supported card payment methods or Apple Pay, where available at the time of payment.

For payments by bank transfer, payment slip or e-banking, delivery starts only after the payment is visible and recorded on the recipient’s account. Sending proof of payment may speed up the verification process, but does not by itself constitute final confirmation that the payment has been booked.

If, for any reason, delivery cannot be completed within the stated timeframe, the customer will be notified in a timely manner and offered a full refund or the option to wait for the delivery to be completed, with the customer’s consent.

Available payment methods

Payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country, currency, selected product, availability of payment processors and the security assessment of the transaction. At checkout, the customer will be shown the payment methods currently available.

• IPS Scan — instant payment through a mobile banking application

IPS SCAN — instant payment

When selecting the “IPS Scan” option, the customer will be redirected to a page with a one-time IPS QR code generated for that specific order. Using their bank’s mobile application, the customer scans the code and confirms the payment in the secure environment of the banking application.

IPS payment is processed through the instant payment system in Serbia, with the support of the bank or payment service provider. The transaction status is usually displayed immediately on the website, and confirmation of the order and payment is also sent by e-mail.

Payment security and transaction verification

To protect customers, the seller and payment processors, SpaceNET Gameshop reserves the right to carry out an additional security check for certain transactions before delivering the digital product. This may particularly apply to transactions that the system marks as risky, unusual, repeated several times, technically unsuccessful or potentially unauthorised.

In the event of an additional verification, the customer may be contacted by e-mail or through another available communication channel. If the verification is not completed successfully, SpaceNET Gameshop may reject the order and issue a refund in accordance with the rules of the specific payment method.

Fees, currencies and processing costs

Prices on the website may be displayed in different currencies, depending on the website settings, the customer’s country or the selected payment method. The final amount payable is shown on the checkout page before the purchase is completed.

Some payment methods may involve additional fees, currency conversion costs or charges from the payment processor, the card-issuing bank or a payment intermediary. Such costs, where applicable, are not always under the control of the SpaceNET Gameshop platform.
