04/30/2019. in Black OPS 4 comes new content, but only for PlayStation 4 users. For PC and Xbox One it will be possible to access the new content on May 7th. Operation Spectre Rising brings literally a bunch of new content, new maps, weapons, skins and much more. But most important thing in this update is return of Spectre,specialist from the previous game (Black Ops 3) with his killer katana!
