Information required for a report

To help us review your notice efficiently, please include the following information:

1. Your identity and contact details, including your full name, business name where applicable, e-mail address and a reliable method of contact.

3. The exact URL of each allegedly infringing page or product. General references to the entire website may not provide enough information to identify the disputed content.

6. The relevant territory and scope of the claimed right, where the right is territorially limited.
7. The action requested, such as removal of a specific image, amendment of a product description or suspension of a particular listing.
8. A good-faith statement confirming that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit the notice.
9. Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name at the end of the notice is acceptable for the initial review.

How reports are reviewed

After receiving a sufficiently precise and substantiated notice, SpaceNET Gameshop may:

• confirm receipt of the notice;
• request missing or additional information;
• identify and preserve relevant transaction or supplier records;
• temporarily restrict or remove the disputed content while the matter is reviewed;
• contact the relevant supplier, content provider or other affected party;
• request evidence showing the origin of the product or the right to supply it;
• reject a notice that is unsupported, clearly mistaken or concerns content not available on the website;
• take other appropriate action required by the applicable legal framework.

Submitting a notice does not automatically establish that an infringement has occurred. Each report is assessed on its individual facts and supporting evidence.

Response from an affected party

A supplier, product provider or other person affected by a report may submit a response explaining why the content or product is believed to be lawful.

The response should identify the affected content, provide relevant supporting evidence and include a statement that the information submitted is accurate and made in good faith.
